Due to the critical nature of the linear solenoids in regards to clutch overlap pressures and shift timing, solenoids are individually repaired, cleaned and then tested on state-of-the art equipment to verify that output matches the OE pressure curve and shift overlap timing is correct. To guarantee the highest level of operational performance, the tested solenoids are then assembled to the repaired castings, and this remanufactured valve body is tested on the same sophisticated equipment to verify that line pressure, clutch pressure, torque converter pressures, lube pressure and shift timing match OE performance.
