OE PROBLEM
The OE motor is enclosed inside a plastic housing with virtually no ventilation.
The Four Seasons redesigned flange is riveted onto the motor face plate leaving the motor exposed. This reduces overheating and makes the motor easier to install.

The Blower Motor Control Module / Resistor controls the fan speed of the Blower Motor. When it fails, it can cause the Blower Motor to stop working and can cause confusion on which part is faulty.
